It seems that we are regularly plagued with inclement weather and Saturday was no exception, with rains throughout the set-up time and early stages of the competition.  Due to the weather, we substituted metal plates for the “hanging (clay) chads”, but everything worked fine for the 13 intrepid souls that showed up.  Due to the low turnout, and the fact that several of the participants left after the center fire event, we forewent the .22 challenge and simply engaged in a metal plate fun shoot.   And, we were all cleaned up and off the range in time for a noon-time repast at Schmidt’s…. So, while an abbreviated list, here are the “winners” of the June 9 Pistol Challenge:
